What is a bespoke order

Many of our products are made up from a mix of components from ceiling rose to cordset and glass shade. All of these elements are interchangeable allowing clients to make hybrid versions to suit their projects. Mixing a component from one product with another to create a wall light or larger structural lighting feature.

Some projects require the design and manufacture of a completely unique form as an alternative to our product range or a larger cluster using one of our specially fabricated ceiling plates. You will find more technical details in our bespoke service section.

Commissioning process

We offer full design and prototyping for our clients interested in this service. The first stage often starts with the customer’s concept. We will then use 3D CAD visuals to work through technical issues and make suggestions for the most appropriate making process. There is usually a minimum quantity for this type of work and this will vary depending on the complexity of the order. Lead times are a little longer than standard and usually run from 8-10 weeks from confirmation of design.
