Whyte & Brown, London

Whyte & Brown at Kingly Court is in the heart of London's vibrant Carnaby Street and the interiors were designed by Black Sheep in collaboration with the creative director Fiona Gale. One of her key design directions was that the restaurant should have a hint towards an industrial and reclaimed style but softened around the edges. Rothschild & Bickers worked with the design team to create hand blown shades harnessing the the natural fluidity of the material, adapting large drops of clear glass into pendant lights for above the bar area.

As the concept developed, the brand DNA of human alchemy evolved. The concept meant the raw materials used within the design would have a human touch in some way. Black Sheep
