Statement bedside lighting and feature prints
Great lighting is the main component when creating a space that feels calming, peaceful, and has the relaxing ambiance you want in a bedroom. Clients tend to choose their scheme once all the decorating is finished, even though it can sometimes be the most important element. The level of brightness can effect everything from colours and wallpaper to the decor and furniture. We advise designers to plan early and book an appointment at our London showroom to see the pendants in-situ. Our showroom manager can go through all the details, matching to every finish from flex and glass colour to metalwork and fringing.
We absolutely love this stunning bedroom interior designed by Pia Pelkonen for Pia Design which uses our Lantern Light as bedside lamps, hanging from individual ceiling roses. The long sinuous fluid form sits harmoniously amongst the hand painted foliage by de Gournay from their Portobello Collection.
Botanical print wall covering or fabric can often be the starting point for many interior designers and their clients, creating an accent colour and style that is used throughout the space. The top floor of Seville House by Pia Design does exactly this, featuring the exotic floral patterns of Morny in Bleu Canard by Manuel Canovas on the curtains and signature bed cushion. The whimsical decorative motifs inspire a joyful main bedroom suite in vibrant tones of spring greens and deep emeralds.

The project brief for this period townhouse in the heart of London called for a vibrant and eclectic design with an abundance of colour. The property was stripped down to the bare joist and completely re-wired, re-plumbed and modernised with careful preservation of the existing period features and reinstatement of missing ones.
