Vintage Design - Nardò, West Hollywood
Since the pandemic there has been a gravitation towards traditional/vintage design, with a warm nostalgic feel. After spending so much time at home, we are craving comfort and solace from our surroundings, a space to relax and put your feet up. However, this trend requires a delicate skillset and takes a deft hand to keep a modern vibe, one step to far and it tip's over into your granny's front room! It is about being a little bit eccentric, yet blending this with a clever palette of colours and patterns to keep it fresh and unpredictable.
This beautiful Nardò restaurant in West Hollywood is the work of celebrity interior design, stager and reality star Francesca Grace . Her vintage-eclectic design aesthetic blends cottagecore and maximalist style with a touch of European vintage glamour. This is abundantly clear throughout the space, with a luxurious mix of materials from the plush velvet banquettes to the mosaic finish pizza oven. The line of long fringed Vintage Lights above the mirrored bar harks back to a bygone golden era, you can imagine bright young things sipping cocktails!
She is not afraid to take risks in design and encourages her clients to go beyond their comfort zones. As part of the next generation of home stagers and designers, Francesca's knowledge of colour, form, and texture goes beyond the traditional scope and is reflected in her masterful ability to reinvent living spaces every day. She is one of Los Angeles' top design tastemakers and her roster of A-listers and celebrity clients include Chord Overstreet, Lily Tomlin, Kyle Richards, and more. Francesca has been featured in is currently starring in the HGTV series Fix My Flip.
