3D Drawings

We offer a complimentary 3D drawing service using SketchUp to help visualise and plan the installation of our handcrafted glass lighting—pendants, chandeliers, multi-drops, and wall sconces. This ensures accurate proportions, correct drop heights, and optimal placement. The service is provided free of charge once the initial quote has been accepted.

With SketchUp, we can create accurate 3D models of a space and virtually position Rothschild & Bickers lights to see how each piece will look and function in situ. The process begins with an initial quote, prepared using the information you provide about the space and lighting requirements. If you're happy with the quote, we then gather more detailed measurements to refine the design, determine the ideal sizes, and finalise the layout.

We typically require basic measurements such as floor-to-ceiling heights and room dimentions. We can also work from architectural plans, and photos of the space are very helpful. For more complex areas like stairwells, we may need additional information—particularly around void spaces—to ensure careful planning of drop heights and access. This helps ensure the fittings are not only visually striking but also remain easy to clean and maintain over time, preserving their beauty and longevity.
