How many metal finishes do you have? 

We have 7 different metal finishes.  However not all metal finishes are available for all products.  Please check the individual product page for details. 

What flex colours can I choose from?

We offer up to 28 colours, available in both round and twisted finishes. We also stock more unusual herringbone and textured styles if you’d like to add a distinctive pattern.

When I’m ordering online, I can only select a few options. Why?

Our custom-made electrical cord sets let you personalise both the metal finish and flex colour. While the product page shows which metal finishes are available for each item, the flex options are just suggestions — you can choose from any of our 28 flex colours. Simply email us your requirements, and we’ll be happy to assist.

We always recommend ordering colour samples before placing your order.

How much flex is supplied as standard?

Each pendant comes with 1.5m of flex, adjustable to your desired height.  Clusters include 2m of flex per pendant. If you require more you have the option to purchase extra length when ordering online.

What is your flex made from?

Our fabric-covered flex is made from rayon and is available in both round and twisted styles.

Flex diameters:

Twisted: UK/EU 6.1mm, UL 5.9mm 

Round: UK/EU 6.3mm, UL 7.2–7.4mm
