Guide - Single Electrical Point

How to hang multiple lights from a Single Electrical Point?

This is one of the most common questions we get asked.  How to create a striking lighting feature when you have only one electrical point. The key to success is selecting the right ceiling accessory—something that complements both your ceiling type and the aesthetic you're aiming for.

Multi-Outlet Rose (88mm diameter)

A compact ceiling rose with 1–5 cable entry points. Perfect for small ceiling areas or central beams, it allows pendants to hang close together or be swagged outward using cord grips on the ceiling, creating a dramatic "spider web" effect.

Ceiling Plate (265mm or 442mm diameter)

A circular plate with 3 or 5 cable entry points. Ideal for creating a neatly spaced pendant cluster. This format works well when you want a more defined formation.

Lighting Bar (1200mm L x 85mm W)

A slim, rectangular plate with 3–5 cable outlets designed for hanging pendants in a straight line—great for aligning lights over a kitchen island or long dining table.

Chandelier

A classic 3 or 5-arm metal frame that attaches to a standard ceiling rose (Fits 88mm Rose). A great choice if you're working with a traditional plaster ceiling rose, a small fixing point, or simply want to embrace a more traditional or vintage style.

Custom Multi-Drop Plate (Custom Size, manufactured to your requirements)

A bespoke solution — ideal for making a bold design statement in larger spaces. Each ceiling plate is custom made to order and can be produced in round, square, or rectangular formats. It can be configured to support any number of pendants, tailored precisely to suit your space and design vision.
